On December 13-14 there was a business trip of UBC technologist to IRCA ACADEMY, a new training center, which was established in 2018. The Academy is equipped with the newest equipment. The Irca technologists and ambassadors conducted a course on Italian desserts, gluten-free pastries and classic desserts. We are ready to share the impressions and skills we received at the Academy.
